3. Products and "Premium Imports."
Offerings: FYT Shop specializes in premium imports for Muay Thai, Boxing, BJJ, and MMA, including brands such as Fairtex, Twins, Scramble, and RDX.
Accuracy: We strive to ensure all descriptions and images are accurate; however, as these are handmade "Premium Imports," minor variations in color or texture may occur.
Safety Standards: Our protective gear is intended for combat sports use. While we provide "Fairtex Approved" and high-end equipment, users are responsible for ensuring equipment fits correctly and is used according to sport-specific safety guidelines.
4. Pricing and Payments
Prices: All prices are listed in GBP (£). Prices include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment Methods: We utilize secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways. Accepted methods include:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay.
Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.
Alternative Payments: PayPal, Klarna, Diners Club, Discover. Order Acceptance: Your order represents an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. If a charge has been made, a full refund will be issued immediately.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Policy: We offer Free Shipping on orders over £99 within the UK. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
Estimated Timelines: Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs clearance for "Premium Import" items.
6. Returns and Refunds (31-Day Policy)
Standard Return Window: To ensure total consumer confidence and exceed statutory requirements, FYT Shop offers a 31-day return period from the date of delivery.
Eligibility: Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as mouthguards or groin guards cannot be returned if the hygienic seal is broken.
UK Statutory Rights: In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to cancel an order for any reason. Our 31-day policy extends this right for your benefit.
Process: To initiate a return, contact admin@fytshop.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
