How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email at the address you provided during checkout. This email will include:

  • Your order number
  • Tracking number
  • Direct link to track your shipment
  • Estimated delivery date

Our Shipping Carriers

We ship all UK orders using trusted carriers:

  • Royal Mail
  • DPD

Your tracking email will specify which carrier is handling your delivery and provide a direct link to their tracking portal.

Option 1: Email Link Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to view real-time updates on your order's location and estimated delivery time.

Option 2: Carrier Website Visit the carrier's website directly and enter your tracking number:

  • Royal Mail: www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
  • DPD: www.dpd.co.uk/tracking

Order Processing Timeline

  • Orders placed before 14:00 GMT are processed same-day
  • Orders placed after 14:00 GMT are processed the next business day
  • Tracking information is typically sent within 1 working day of order placement
  • Standard UK delivery: 1–3 working days from dispatch

If you haven't received tracking information within 2 working days of placing your order, please check:

  1. Your spam/junk folder
    • tracking emails can sometimes be filtered
  2. Your email address
    • ensure you entered it correctly at checkout
  3. Your order confirmation
    • verify your order was successfully placed
