Order Processing Time
At FYT Shop, we work to get your orders to you as efficiently as possible. Please note our processing guidelines
- Business Days: All orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 1:00 PM (13:00 GMT) will begin processing the same business day. Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Schedule: Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Order Fulfilment
We maintain high standards for our "Premium Imports" logistics. All orders are shipped from within the UK, utilizing our internal stock and our verified UK-based supplier network.
- Processing Window: All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
- Dispatch Speed: Once processed, we aim for all orders to be dispatched within 1 working day.
- Tracking: Accurate tracking information is provided as soon as it becomes available.

Shipping Timeframes
UK Standard Delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Service Notice: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note that these are good-faith estimates and may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information immediately. We utilize reliable UK-based couriers to ensure secure delivery. Our primary partners include:

Shipping Fees
Orders over £99: Qualify for Free Standard Delivery within the UK.
Orders under £99: We charge a flat rate of £5.00 for all UK orders.
Surcharges: Please note that certain heavier or oversized items may incur additional shipping fees. Any applicable surcharges are automatically calculated in your basket before checkout, ensuring full transparency before you complete your order.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete during the checkout process. FYT Shop is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. In the event of a failed delivery due to address errors, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to re-dispatch the items.
