1. 31-Day Return Window
At FYT Shop (a trading name of HHM TRADING LTD, Company No: 16630980), we stand by the quality of our "Premium Imports." To provide you with total confidence in your purchase of combat sports equipment, we offer a 31-day return policy. This means you have 31 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Return Eligibility and Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
Unworn or unused with all original tags attached.
In its original manufacturer packaging (e.g., Fairtex or Twins branded bags).
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process and Instructions
We handle all returns directly from our UK hub. Customers are not required to return items to overseas suppliers or third parties.
Step 1: To start a return, contact us at admin@fytshop.com with your order number.
Step 2: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Return Costs and Restocking Fees
Customer Remorse: For returns involving sizing issues, "changed mind," or wrong item ordered, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If the items arrive defective, damaged, or if we sent the incorrect product, we will cover all return shipping costs.
Restocking Fees: FYT Shop does not charge restocking fees for any returns.
6. Damages and Product Issues (PPE Verification)
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged, contact admin@fytshop.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
PPE Clause (Health and Safety): Many of our products are classified as Category II Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). For health and hygiene reasons, items such as mouthguards and groin guards are non-returnable once the hygienic protective seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
Custom or personalized products (special orders).
Personal care goods (beauty or recovery topicals with broken seals).
Sale items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased during clearance sales or gift cards.
8. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the correct gear (such as a different size of boxing gloves) is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
9. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund was approved.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Payment Method: Funds will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Notice: Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time (typically 5–10 days) to post the refund to your account.
